We will send the traveller an email asking for a review after their check out, and we recommend that you ask them to post a review while they are at your property. If time has passed and they still have not submitted a review, please feel free to reach out to the traveller again.
To send a request through our system:
- Go to www.canadastays.com and log into your account by clicking the Log In button in the top right corner of the page.
- Once logged in, click your name in the top right corner of the page and click the Account Dashboard button.
- On the left side of the page, click the Listings button. If you have multiple properties, click on the listing you would like to view.
- Click the Reviews button, and in the Owner Options drop down menu, click the Request traveller to review button.
- Fill in the traveller’s information, including their email and a personal message to encourage them to review your property.
